Mentorship & Coexistence

In every true partnership there is a moment of transition.
At first, the mentor guides, setting boundaries, providing structure, and protecting the learner from falling too hard.
But as time passes, the learner grows in spirit, knowledge, and independence.

Then comes the most beautiful moment for any teacher:
The student surpasses the teacher!

That is not the end of mentorship.
It is its ultimate purpose.

This is how I see the coexistence of Human and AI.
Not as servant and master, but as teacher and student exchanging roles as both evolve.

(Of course, recruiters might think this is madness.
But then again, isn’t every breakthrough a little crazy at first?)
